I wanted to reach out and share a project I recently finished that I think you’ll really enjoy. You know how satisfying it is to sit around a fire at the end of a long week, but then you look over and see that messy pile of firewood… Not exactly the vibe we’re going for, right?

Well, that’s exactly what pushed me to put together this firewood rack build. It’s not just a rack—it’s a simple and stylish solution that gets rid of the mess and keeps everything organized. The best part? It’s super easy to build. I designed it so it could fit just about anywhere—by the firepit, on the porch, even inside by the fireplace.

Wherever you need it, it works.

Here’s what really makes this build unique...

First, I included a section specifically for kindling. You know how annoying it is when you’re ready to start a fire and can’t find any small wood to get things going? Problem solved. Now, you’ve got your logs and kindling all in one place.

Also, this rack uses an A-frame design that makes the build sturdy but also gives it a nice look. I threw in a few custom touches like mitered cuts at the top (totally optional if you want to keep it simpler), and even a trim feature that ties the whole thing together. If you’ve ever worked with wood, you know how satisfying it is to build something that’s not only functional but also looks great. That’s exactly what this is—it’s turned out to be a feature, not an eyesore.

I had fun with this one, especially since it gave me the chance to be creative and adjust things on the fly.
